2 New Boilers, Radiant In-Floor Heating, and a Snowmelt System Installation in Chicago

Meeting the Homeowner’s Heating and Snowmelt Needs

We were contacted by this homeowner who was looking to renovate and update his new home in a historic part of Chicago. He invited us in and told us of the mid-renovation basement that wasn’t heated at all. Brrrr! He also told us about his dreams for an outdoor basketball court and his concerns about the heating in the rest of the house. The homeowner decided on radiant floor heat for the basement, updated two of his boilers and installed a snowmelt system for his basketball court and driveway- ensuring his family could enjoy the court whenever they pleased. One of our bigger projects, we worked closely with his general contractor through each of the different phases to make sure the entire job was done correctly, on time, and on budget.
