When your water heater starts leaking- who you gonna call? Sadly for this 3 flat building, their aged tanked water heater was leaking quite badly from the bottom. Unable to patch or repair the leak, the landlord opted instead for a plumbing upgrade to a system with 2 tankless water heaters. This provides the multi-unit building with immediate hot water that is available on an as needed basis. They now have a longer lasting system with endless hot water, fantastic energy conservation and space saving too!
