About J.R.
Originally from Rogers Park, J.R. has lived in the Chicago area his whole life. J.R. and his wife have two adult sons and an adult dog who still thinks he’s a puppy. J.R. likes to bike ride, play golf, and be outside as much as possible.
J.R. has been in the HVAC and plumbing industries for more than 40 years. His father was a plumber, and after J.R.’s dreams of a baseball career were dashed by an injury, he accepted his dad’s request to get involved in the trade. J.R. soon found that HVAC was a good fit for him as he enjoys figuring out how things work from an engineering perspective. Each client’s individual situation presents a variety of challenges, like a puzzle that’s fun and satisfying to solve. Just as in sports, J.R. appreciates that the trade allows him to continuously grow and improve, using evolving technologies and all available resources to be the best that he can be.
What to Expect from Your First Appointment
When J.R. visits your home, he will listen to your concerns and thoughts as to how you are seeking to improve your home environment. He will ask you open questions and discuss ideas with you to arrive at the best solution. J.R. will measure your home in order to calculate a heat/cooling load for your house and will educate you on the options we offer.
After the visit, you should expect a proposal in a timely manner followed up by a phone call to review your alternatives. When you have decided how to move forward, J.R. will work with our Installation Manager to ensure that the process is clear, smooth, and stress-free. Our success is measured only by the complete satisfaction of our clients.
